K9 Officer Jordon H. Sheldon

It is with absolute sadness that Mooresville Police Department Canine Officer Jordan H. Sheldon was tragically taken from us on May 4, 2019. He was an amazing officer, handler, family man, humanitarian, and friend. Everyone that came into contact with Officer Sheldon always had amazing things to same about him. He was the prime example of a great handler as he turned his first canine, Loki from an aggressive canine to one that could be taken into the schools and interact with children of all ages. Shortly after Loki's retirement, Officer Sheldon was paired with his new partner, Ramon. He and Ramon did great things as a team and represented the agency with the upmost professionalism, no matter the circumstances. Officer Sheldon, though your time on earth was cut short, the impact you made on everyone will forever leave a mark. Rest easy Officer Sheldon, your brothers and sisters in blue, and fellow canine partners will take it from here.

To all of Officer Sheldon's family, friends, co-workers, and the City of Mooresville, our thoughts and prayers are with you.

This page has been created as a remembrance to Officer Sheldon. Anyone wishing to add a photo, please email them to upwdatech@gmail.com.
